Private Instruction & Tutoring
Comprehensive PRIVATE instruction : $TBD/Student
Brittany has scaffolded individualized educational experiences for several families. As primary educational supervisor for these children, Brittany draws from her own experience and education to provide each each student with a personalized learning plan. Learning plans include identification and management of learning goals, an outline for the scope and sequence of the learning experience, design and development of original educational materials and activities, progress assessment, and a responsive approach to each student’s growth and needs as a learner.
Continuity, structure, and schedule are important factors in creating a “classroom” experience in or out of school. Families seeking an integrated, place-based approach to education for their child(ren) are encouraged to explore this website to learn more about Brittany’s philosophy and background. The Classroom Experience pages Curriculum Guides offer insight into the values and developmentally appropriate learning goals and experiences that you can expect for your child(ren) with Brittany as their teacher. Private instruction will be personalized to your child(ren) and tailored to simultaneously meet their needs and celebrate their strengths. Families considering private instruction will be required to commit to at least two half-day (three-hour) sessions per week.
